  • Really bad experience with Jose, not sure what all the fake 5-star reviews are about but he’s not a responsive realtor, did not communicate in a considerate manner, and left me hanging for an entire day while the internet gave me updates on the property I had submitted an offer on. When questioned, he made light of my experience and I had to pry out an half-baked apology for his own mistakes. When I asked how we could ensure a different experience moving forward, he was defensive and not at all understanding. Do not work with Jose and do not work with this group, especially if there are competing offers on properties, because he doesn’t care about you, at all.
